📦 SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Everything you need to know to receive your order on time.
  • We know you want it NOW. If you're in mainland Spain or Portugal , shipping is super fast: usually 24-48 business hours from when it leaves our warehouse.

    For the Balearic Islands , it usually takes between 2 and 5 business days.

    For shipments to the rest of Europe , the average delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.

    Note: During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales) delivery times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience!

  • We have good news! Shipping is FREE in Spain (Peninsula) for orders over €35 .

    For smaller orders or to other areas, here are the rates:

    • Peninsula: €3.95 (if you don't reach €35).
    • Balearic Islands: Free from €100 (or €7.95 if it is less).
    • Canary Islands: Rates calculated according to weight at the end of the purchase (from €14.95).
    • Portugal: Free from €50 (or €4.95 if less).
    • Europe: Rates vary depending on the country (Germany, France, Italy, etc.) which you will see before paying.
  • <p>We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, mainland Portugal and the European countries active in the store. We currently do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Azores or Madeira.</p>
  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link . If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder. If you haven't heard from us after a while, please email us at hello@nurseislove.com . Sometimes, emails are entered incorrectly, which is why they don't arrive.

  • Of course! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to fall in love with it. If it's not your size or not what you expected, you can easily process your return.

  • If the replacement is due to a defect on our part, it's completely free!

    If it is a voluntary return (change of mind, size, etc.), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is a special promotion active.

    You will be able to see the exact cost when you manage the return on our portal.

💳 ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND INVOICES

Security and administrative management.
  • Completely secure! Our website uses encrypted SSL technology (the green padlock you see at the top) to protect your data. No one, not even us, has access to your bank details.

  • You can pay conveniently with:

    • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
    • PayPal.
    • Bizum
    • Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • In one of the emails we sent you, you will see, at the bottom, the option to download the invoice.

  • We work very quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. If you've made a mistake, please email us URGENTLY at hello@nurseislove.com

    • If the order has not yet left the warehouse: We will try to cancel or modify it.
    • If the order has already been shipped : You will have to wait to receive it and process a return.

💖 PRODUCTS AND STOCK

Questions about sizes, materials and availability.
  • Our products are flying off the shelves, especially the cutest prints! If you see something sold out, go to the product page and leave your email address in the "Notify me when available" box. You'll be the first to know when we restock.

  • To help you get it right the first time and avoid return hassles, we've created a specific Size Guide for each product.

    Look for the measurement button or image within the item description and measure yourself (or measure a garment that fits you well) for comparison.

  • We take the photos in natural light to ensure they're as accurate as possible. However, please keep in mind that mobile or computer screens may slightly alter the color intensity. But we promise they're even more beautiful in person!
